The server “Randy” is extremely greedy! The good wasnt bad but not of the value. 3 of us out of 4 did tipped him and he got so offended about it. While my friend was waiting outside the cab he had the audacity to come out and tell her that she had only tipped her for the dine in and not take out. Never going to this place. I would like to suggest the Restaurant owner to pay Randy well so that he doesn’t humiliate the guests for tipping him less.

If there was a zero rating I could give I would. We were there for a family event the food was disgusting and over cooked, they were sold out of most desserts (on a Saturday) the servers were rude and washrooms dirty.It actually amazes me that anyone would ever give them more than 1 star.Replying to owners comment...I never actually mentioned when I visited your restaurant which was last year December FYI... maybe it would be a good idea to ask these sort of questions before jumping to a Covid excuse.Good luck with your business

I want to share my experience with Thyme restaurant as I've ordered from here a few times. We just moved to town a few months ago and was recommended to try this place by friends. I decided to cater from this place yesterday for my husband's 40th and the food was to die for! I ordered the Thyme Gnocchi, Vodka Fusilli, regular Pad Thai and Risotto Al Toscana. Everyone at the get together was thoroughly impressed, and could not stop talking about how GOOD the food was! Everyone was full yet still managed to have seconds! I would love to meet the Chef because they are absolutely amazing. I would recommend this place and words cannot describe how great the food is. I especially love the fact that its Italian infused Pad Thai restaurant. Thank you so much for working around my gathering and providing the best experience for everyone :)

The pizza arrived hot and was properly cooked. The order was correct. If you like a sweet dough versus a traditional Italian tasting pizza you’ll like this. The sauce was scant and also had a more sweet quality versus a rich tomatoey quality. I was hoping for the traditional true Italian flavour and believe the ‘newish’ owners are creating their own unique style. Best to try it and make up your own mind.

Well made, great taste. True, this may sound snobbish, but does anyone like overcooked vegetables? Countless restos in my travels with their fair share of overcooked veggies, but this place... Oh, this place delivers without a single disappointment. Crisp vegetables, perfect al dente pastas and sauces that will bring you back home.

Italian food Soup Pasta and Piazza just Awesome, we picked up dinner last night and I must say that after very long time I enjoyed the restaurant food just perfect mix of Italian herb and spices and yes lots of 🍅s Thank you Thyme🙌!!!

The food is fantastic, been coming here since 2003. The wait staff can't be beat. They make everything fresh so please understand this is not a quick bite sort of place. It is a bring your friends and family and enjoy your meal!

Took my wife out for our anniversary, surely didn’t get disappointed. Ordered the Thyme Fettuccine Alfredo and Gnocchi . Both dishes were prepared so well . Their complimentary bread was super good too .

Had a wonderful experience on their new outdoor "patio".It was our first meal out post-lockdown for a family celebration. The food is good, but it's the service that really impressed us - professional, warm, and not intrusive.We ordered a variety of dishes - the seafood (mussels, rainbow trout special and seafood soup) was very good, chicken parm excellent and pizza was enjoyed by all. Pasta was fine, and of course the bread was pillowy and gobbled up by the kids.Thanks for a lovely experience, looking forward to coming back again soon.

Amazing food. Our first time sitting in as we have been doing delivery. Found this gem a few months back and we have it at least once a month. Pastas are to die for. The wontons as an app, a must! We will be back again!

Really enjoyed our meal here! The server was fantastic, and she was doing double duty as bartender and server. Food was delicious, even though the menu is huge! Our group ordered a vast array of items, and everything was great. I especially enjoyed the complimentary fresh bread and the mango sorbet.

A perfectly nice evening of wine & a good dinner was thoroughly spoilt when the bill arrived. I rarely check the bill leaving it up to the establishment to be honest in their billing. The server hovered with the credit card machine which actually got me checking the bill. All the items were billed between $2-$3 more than the menu prices. When I queried it, she said I'm sorry but I forgot to mention that you you when you initially ordered...then she changed her story and said that the new menus were ordered but had not arrived. A decent establishment would have made some kind of amends including honouring the menu pricing. Not Thyme ! Needless to say we will not be going there again. No one likes getting ripped off, remember that, Thyme !

Avoid! This place has gone downhill in terms of service and food quality! My husband ordered and paid for delivery on Mother’s Day. They forgot a whole dish when they delivered it, so my husband ended up having to drive there to pick up the dish they had forgotten. They wouldn’t even deliver it to us. The worst part is that when I tried to get a refund for the delivery fee I paid, they wouldn’t respond to my calls. I left multiple messages, and no one responded. I used to love their food, but lately they have gone cheap with their ingredients, and as you can see, customer service is terrible.

Went for a birthday party, everything taste wonderful! The prosciutto plate is way smaller compared to the menu picture, so be aware when you order and tell them how many people is the dish for. Atmosphere is dim and romantic, service was good. The seating is a bit tight, but for a good restaurant is understandable. As long as that means less waiting, and sooner to the food~

This was a great place to be for Italian food! They had a great selection of pizza, pasta, risotto and gnocchi. They also have a menu for Thai food if you're interested. The service was so quick and the server was knowledgeable! When the food came out, the presentation was great and the food was delicious!

Surpassed my expectations. I thought this would be a mediocre Italian restaurant at best. They offer an array of Thai dishes which made me uneasy about going here but the gnocchi I got was quite good. It's not the best but pretty good for Mississauga. I would come back if my favourite Italian restaurant was busy/closed.

For years I have driven right by this restaurant. Last week we ordered a few dishes as a takeout order. I must say I was extremely happy with the presentation and moreover the complexity of flavours in the Pad Thai we ordered. My favourite though was absolutely the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken. We all enjoyed a variety of appetizers. I would definitely recommend Thyme if you are in the mood for some really good Italian or Thai food in Port Credit.

Excellent food and cute ambiance. The service was a little slow..had to wait 10 minutes to get water.

If you plan on going during dinner time on a weekend or holiday make sure to make a reservation. I can almost guarantee it will be packed. Food was delicious and everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I am so glad we found this place.
